  • How long does it take to receive my EMERGENCY CONTACT CARD?
    Normally it takes up to 30 days to produce and send your EMERGENCY CONTACT CARD. If you have not received your card after 45 days please inform us and we will look into the matter. It may take slightly longer if you live outside of the European zone.
  • Can I change the information I have supplied?
    Yes you can change the information. We understand that you may change address/telephone numbers/medical conditions/ etc. so we do allow you to change your information. We allow you to change the information twice during the 1 year registration period and four times during the 5 year registration period. You must use the contact form and provide us with the new information and your registration number. It may take a few days until the information is renewed.
  • Can I renew my card on loss or damage?
    Your EMERGENCY CONTACT CARD should last for at least 10 years, however we do understand that you may have lost or damaged your card, in this case please get in touch with us and we can send you a new card at a cost of £10, this covers card cost, printing and postage.
  • How can I renew/cancel the service after the registration period has finished?
    Your renewal is automatic, you will be sent an e-mail before your renewal is due. You may cancel renewal using the e-mail sent or by sending a message using the contact form on our web site.
  • What security systems do you have to protect my information?
    Our website is built using the WIX.com platform. Wix hosts our website on their secure servers which are encrypted providing high security measures. All your personal information is stored and encrypted on the Wix secure servers. Your webpage address also has security measures: the address consists of the company web address (www.emco.international/) followed by your registration number (241???) then followed by a security code of 20 digits (aDsGUryBoFzsXtDpPhjiT), this code is individual for each registration and is never used twice. (The shown code is only an example and will never be used).
  • How can I pay the service?
    You have various methods to pay: Credit /Debit card Paypal account Paypal Pay Later - you can pay in 3 instalments.
  • Can I pay in another currency?
    No, you can only pay in British pounds. Our Company is registered in the United Kingdom and our payment system uses British pounds. Your Bank/Credit-Debit card supplier will automatically change the currency on payment if required.
  • What is the Currency exchange rate?
    The currency exchange rate varies with each country. The amounts shown next to our charges are the "Interbank rates". These are the official worldwide rates applied. Your bank or credit card provider will charge a commision on top of these rates, these can vary with each institution. The stated exchange rate that figures on the web pages are the "Interbank rates" at the time of viewing.   • Do you charge Value Added Tax (VAT)?
    No, we do not charge Value Added Tax (VAT) as we are exempt.
  • Where should I keep my Emergency Contact Card?
    We advise you keep your card in a safe place. Always carry your card with you at all times. We suggest you put your card in your handbag/wallet/etc. as these are the first places emergency services will search for your information.
